Freezing Happiness
Tonight JD and I made our way home from a wonderful dinner with my family. I turned to him and said, If I could freeze today and relive it for the rest of my life, I’d be happy.
First I have to start off with an amazing package I received from one of my brides. I felt SO blessed when I opened a large box and found this:
Jodi sent this care basket to me after our recent engagement session and while it was totally unnecessary, it was totally appreciated!! I am seriously excited for her wedding later this month…I know we’re going to have a blast! ;)
Secondly, my sisters and I decided to plan a surprise dinner for my parents’ 30th anniversary. I can’t put into words how lovely the evening panned out and my parents had no idea. If a picture is worth a thousand words, than a picture of my speechless mother—who’s otherwise a chatterbox—is priceless. I love my parents more than I love life itself, so seeing them happy made my heart overflow with happiness. I wish them another happy 30 years together!!!
Lastly, I’m sitting in between two piles of items to be packed…and an already brimming suitcase. This would otherwise be a major problem, but seeing how I’m packing for a trip to Chattanooga, Tennessee, life could be worse. I’ll be joining a talented group of photographers (who also happen to be amazing friends!)—DJ, Liana, and Crystal just to name a few—for a great time of learning and business tips…and maybe a little fun too! ;) I’m leaving early tomorrow morning and won’t return until Friday. I should have internet access, but if you need immediate assistance, please give me a call.
Hopefully the next time I post, I’ll be back in Atlanta (where I’m flying) with Liana and Crystal…eating some good southern food!
