27 Good Fridays
I’m going to keep this short today.
I’m so incredibly thankful. Today is Good Friday, but it’s also my birthday. On this day, thousands of years ago, Jesus Christ sacrificially died to give me life. For this, I am so thankful and extraordinarily happy to share this special day with someone who is my everything.
Today JD and I will spend the day relaxing (I suspect Burke Williams is on the birthday itinerary!), eating all of my favorite food…and not counting calories. Because food is fat free on your birthday, didn’t you know?
Tonight we’ll go to church, then go out for a delicious dinner at one of my favorite restaurants. It’s a simple birthday, but I’m a simple girl. A simply thankful girl.
